Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Arlington, VA seeks an Electrical Engineering Retrofits & Strategy Manager to lead a team of TIPM Electrical Engineers. You will own strategy, execution, and quality mechanisms for large-scale retrofit programs across North America, with up to 30% travel.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive improvements while providing leadership and mentorship to the engineering staff. relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk).
• 4+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: manage, mentor, and grow a team of TIPM Electrical Engineers.
• Electrical Distribution Retrofits: own end-to-end retrofit programs upgrading low/medium voltage systems.
• Construction Quality & Compliance Mechanisms: develop and maintain quality, NFPA/NEC alignment.
• Program Economics & Stakeholder Communication: budgeting, ROI calculations, funding, and clear communication.
