Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Electrical Engineering Retrofits & Strategy Manager to lead a team of TIPM Electrical Engineers within our Global Electrical Engineering organization. You will own strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of complex retrofit programs and construction quality mechanisms across Amazon’s logistic network.

Role requires up to 30% travel and willingness to work from a corporate office when not traveling. Relocation may be provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management).
• 4+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of TIPM Electrical Engineers responsible for delivering electrical infrastructure programs at scale.
• Own end-to-end retrofit programs that upgrade low and medium voltage electrical distribution systems across North America.
