Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Spanish language skills desirable.
• Strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain employee time and attendance using Timeworks.
• Audit payroll records for accuracy.
• Prepare paychecks and ensure correct amounts.
• Reconcile and approve time entries.
• Collaborate with HR and project teams on timekeeping issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
• Assist in audits and regulatory compliance related to timekeeping and payroll.
