ADP is hiring a Time and Attendance Implementation Consultant to onboard new clients and facilitate their adoption of our Time and Attendance solutions. You’ll work with our payroll implementation team, supported by training programs and service guidelines to ensure client success.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a B2B client service interface or systems integration environment.
Bachelor-level or higher degree not required beyond the high school diploma specified.

Responsibilities

Implement ADP’s Time and Attendance solutions, combining analysis and project management to help clients use HCM products.
Serve as the subject matter expert to lead project workflow and optimize system configurations and upgrades.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solutions within defined timelines and strong client engagement.
Resolve issues with initiative and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of client setup.
Collaborate with client project teams and ADP associates across sales and customer service, contributing to process improvements.
