Job summary

Manpower Professional is looking for a HR professional in Tennessee to manage payroll processing and employee data using Kronos (UKG). The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR.

This role involves maintaining employee personal files, managing the staffing process, and supporting various HR functions including training, employee relations, and health and safety. Strong labour law knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrating strong compliance with rules and procedures.
• Working carefully, paying attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data in the Kronos HRIS for all employees.
• Payroll processing in Kronos (UKG).
• Managing internal job postings and external postings systems.
• Coaching management on people management subjects from a legal perspective.

Skills

Federal and state labour law knowledge

Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge

Education
