Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct freight forwarding experience.
• Experience with air freight and import/export operations.
• Proficient in CargoWise TMS and documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international freight shipments by air.
• Manage end-to-end forwarding process from initiation to delivery.
• Enter data in CargoWise and schedule pickups, AES, bookings.
• Prepare shipping documents and provide status updates.
• Resolve delays and document discrepancies.
