Job summary

ZENITH INFOTEK LLC in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Support Specialist for the NOVAtime/Workforce Time & Attendance platform. You will handle administration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations, collaborating with product, engineering, payroll, and operations to coordinate work and resolve issues.

The role requires incident support, configuration changes, integrations, documentation, and liaison with vendor. Flexible work from home options available; some Sunday availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a Time & Attendance or payroll-related platform (UKG or NOVAtime preferred).
• Experience supporting incidents, creating change controls, and maintaining knowledge content (ServiceNow preferred).
• Experience with integration and middleware tools (IBM MQ and ITX preferred).
• Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for work management.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Copilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on Sundays for about 2 hours – approximately once a month.

Responsibilities

• Understand the NOVAtime and/or Workforce platform – user functionality, configurations, reports, etc.
• Support NOVAtime and/or Workforce incidents - triage, provide technical support, troubleshoot remotely and engage on-site technician or vendor (as needed)
• Execute configuration changes as requested by Operations
• Create or update existing integrations with upstream or downstream systems
• Monitor daily and weekly data integrations, ensure successful runs
• Maintain documentation, status reports, and issue logs
• Act as a liaison between vendor and business stakeholders
• Assist with audits, compliance checks, and payroll-related support activities
