Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking an HRIS System Administrator to support UKG Pro/Dimensions timekeeping, payroll, and scheduling. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to keep HR systems accurate and efficient.

They seek a candidate with 2+ years in a ticketing environment, strong troubleshooting, and basic SQL knowledge. Remote/hybrid options are available among nationwide roles.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in a ticketing-support role.
• Experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with UKG Pro or UKG Dimensions or Kronos.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and HRIS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager tickets related to UKG timekeeping, payroll, and scheduling.
• Troubleshoot login issues, time-entry errors, and approval workflow problems.
• Assist with pay rules, accruals, and schedules under supervision.
• Support pay-period close activities and resolve timecard issues.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base.
• Test system updates and new UKG releases before go-live.
• Learn and support Workday Time Tracking after implementation.
