Next Generation, Inc. is seeking an experienced WorkForce Software QA Analyst focused on timekeeping, time clocks, and integrations to ensure accurate payroll and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience testing WorkForce Software solutions.
• Experience validating time clock integrations and time collection processes.
• Ability to write and execute detailed test plans and scripts.
• Strong defect tracking, issue resolution, and test documentation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for implementations and enhancements.
• Validate timekeeping functionality across clocks, biometric devices, badge readers, and mobile clocks.
• Align clock configuration with business requirements and deployment plans.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
• Test punches, schedules, pay rules, attendance policies, and accruals.
• Validate integrations with payroll, HRIS, and time devices.
• Identify, track, and support resolution of defects and issues.
• Analyze timekeeping data for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with analysts, consultants, developers, and stakeholders for test coverage.
• Support upgrades, patches, and configuration changes through testing phases.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Document results and contribute to QA best practices.
• Participate in client meetings and advise on testing strategies.
• Stay current with WorkForce Software features and industry trends.
