Job summary

Next Generation, Inc. seeks an experienced WorkForce Software QA Analyst to ensure high-quality timekeeping implementations and timeclock validation. The role emphasizes testing work management solutions, clock integrations, data analysis, and QA collaboration with stakeholders.

The position is remote, with potential travel to client sites for testing activities and project delivery as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years testing WorkForce Software solutions.
• Experience with timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling systems.
• Hands-on validation of time clock integrations and device provisioning.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for WorkForce Software implementations and enhancements.
• Validate timekeeping functionality including physical time clocks, biometric devices, badge readers, web clocks, and mobile clocks.
• Validate time clock configuration against business requirements and support clock build activities.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Test punches, schedules, pay rules, attendance, exceptions, and accrual processing.
• Validate integrations between WorkForce Software and payroll/HRIS systems.
