Job summary

Amazon Centralized Timekeeping is seeking a Time and Attendance Operational Associate to manage time and attendance data for buildings across the network. You will handle MyTime system tickets, audit data, and resolve inquiries with strong empathy and accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have 18+ months HR and customer service experience, fluency in English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree.
