Job summary

Viventium, in partnership with Apploi, seeks a Team Lead for Engineering in Time & Attendance to guide a cross-functional team through planning, design, and delivery of secure, scalable clocking, scheduling, and payroll data services.

You will own technical direction across kiosk, mobile, web, backend, and cloud, mentor engineers, partner with Product and QA, and drive modern Azure-based infrastructure with responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering with 2+ years leading engineers.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern .NET/.NET Core and frontend frameworks.
• Experience in Azure cloud, IaC, observability, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for Time & Attendance engineering from planning to production support.
• Establish priorities, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure transparency.
• Balance roadmap delivery with platform stability and technical debt reduction.
• Use metrics to identify constraints and guide improvements.
• Maintain prioritized backlog with Product and QA partners.
• Guide architecture and modernization across kiosk, mobile, web, backend, data, and cloud components.
