Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading engineers.
• Hands-on Python backend and GraphQL API experience.
• Experience with AWS production systems and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience developing and releasing large language model-powered features in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for the Hire engineering team, from product discovery to production support.
• Establish priorities, blockers, dependencies, and transparent delivery commitments.
• Guide the architectural direction and AI strategy for Hire.
• Ensure production health, security, privacy, and reliable customer outcomes.
