Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with clerical duties and responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Must have strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Products including Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent time management skills; strong organizational, analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the operations staff with managing and monitoring employee clock-in and clock-out activity and oversee time-keeping activities in the unit.
  • General office duties to include but not limited to filing, telephone routing and messages, etc.
