Qualifications

Responsibilities
Reconcile timecards in the timekeeping system.
Ensure accuracy of employee schedules in timekeeping.
Administer hourly attendance tracking program.
Act as liaison between HR and Production.
Handle employee inquiries regarding FMLA and benefits.
Communicate HR programs effectively.
Manage employee status changes and documentation.
Organize departmental files orderly.
Maintain confidentiality in all dealings.
