D2B is seeking an Estimator / Detailer to support timber framing projects with a dual-phase career track. The role starts with accurate material take-offs and preliminary cost estimates, reporting to the Pre-Cut Manager.

As you progress, you’ll receive structured training in MiTek and Pryda detailing software, transitioning into full timber frame and truss detailing responsibilities while maintaining clear internal communication in English.

Qualifikationen

• Will perform plan take-offs and estimating timber components.
• Strong ability to read architectural/structural drawings.
• Exposure to MiTek, Pryda or similar software is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Phase 1: Estimating & Take-offs to produce timber/hardware material counts.
• Phase 2: Transition to detailing using MiTek/Pryda software and produce production/layout drawings.
• Maintain digital records and communicate in English with internal teams.
