Job summary

Force99 Technologies is seeking a Timber Frame Designer/Detailer to transform customer concepts into fabrication-ready drawing sets. You will work in AutoCAD and Cadwork—with Revit, SketchUp, and related tools—to create clean 2D/3D models and generate takeoffs that support sales and estimation.

You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and internal teams to align scope, production scheduling, resources and budgets, while adhering to building codes and company standards through

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Cadwork and related file types.
• Strong project management and cross‑team coordination.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Convert customer ideas into fabrication-ready drawing sets for timber frames.
• Develop 2D/3D models using AutoCAD, Cadwork, Revit and SketchUp.
• Produce takeoffs and cut information to support sales and estimation.
• Maintain drawing standards, file organization, naming conventions and revision control from concept through release.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and internal teams to align scope, schedule, resources and budgets.
