You will inspect surfaces, apply sealants, and label finished pieces for shipping while maintaining clean work areas and following safety rules. This full-time role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strict attention to quality.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 lbs during long shifts.
• Basic tool handling and measurement skills.
• Commitment to PPE and factory safety rules.

Responsabilités

• Panel and beam finishing using wide-belt sanders, planers, and CNC routers or saws.
• Quality control inspections for defects, delamination, or surface cracks and verify measurements.
• Packaging and staging of finished products, applying sealants and labels for shipping.
