Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant floor operators across assigned shift.
• Ensure on-time production and shipping within budget.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment issues.
• Prepare production reports for Plant Manager.
