Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Finishing Operator to perform a variety of surface finishing tasks in a fast-paced production environment. You will belt, chase, coat, drill and tap, polish, and paint while ensuring quality standards are met and materials flow smoothly through the area.

You will inspect parts, follow safety rules, operate multiple tools, and assist with packing and shipping. The role requires basic Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work well in a team under deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and planning skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect product at workstation to determine work required.
• Perform finish operations that meet quality standards per on-site SOPs.
• Maintain safe handling and transfer of product between stations.
• Operate belting, chasing, coating, drilling/tapping, polishing, and painting tasks as assigned.
• Support packing and final quality inspection before shipping.
