Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of construction project management experience, with tilt-up or general commercial exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor costs, track expenses, manage change orders, and keep budgets on target.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and identify critical path activities.
• Ensure all activities meet quality standards and building codes.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Lead and coordinate teams, including subs and field personnel, with clear communication.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Manage contracts and ensure adherence to terms and safety requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress reports to management.
