Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA seeks a seasoned Tilt Up Construction Project Manager to lead projects from inception through closeout in Houston, TX.

You will oversee preconstruction, construction, and post-construction phases, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with subcontractors and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of tilt up construction project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of tilt up construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee and coordinate work of subcontractors and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients and management.
  • Manage project budget and cost control measures.
  • Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and change orders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify plans and specs.
  • Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues or conflicts, ensure timely closeout.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tilt Up Construction Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of tilt up construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of tilt up construction projects, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
