Job summary

T&T Construction Management Group is seeking an on-site Superintendent I in the Tampa area to lead tilt-up and concrete execution on active projects. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient coordination of trades under the Project Manager’s direction.

The Superintendent will oversee daily activities, enforce OSHA standards, manage resources, and ensure timely completion while maintaining high-quality workmanship and communication with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• In-person leadership with 3–5 years in construction, and 1–2 years supervising concrete work.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with tilt-up construction is beneficial and welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise on-site construction activities including tilt-up processes.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations; lead safety meetings.
• Ensure work aligns with specs, blueprints and quality standards.
• Develop and adhere to project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials for optimal use.
• Manage subcontractor activities in line with schedule and quality.
• Identify and resolve field issues with project stakeholders.
• Maintain daily reports and communications with PM and clients.
• Oversee site logistics, access, and security.
• Monitor costs and labor efficiency to support the budget.
• Conduct toolbox talks and on-site training.
