Job summary

JRock Construction is seeking a Tilt-up Concrete Superintendent for a full-time, on-site role in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area. You will oversee daily tilt-up field work, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tilt-up experience including operations, flatwork, and concrete placement/finishing.
• Proven field craft in formwork and carpentry for structural/tilt-up assemblies.
• Experience coordinating crews and safe operation of heavy equipment on commercial projects.
• Supervising concrete crews on commercial/industrial tilt-up jobs and ensuring quality workmanship.
• Strong knowledge of jobsite safety practices, OSHA standards, and safe work planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field work for tilt-up projects, ensuring schedule adherence and quality.
• Plan work sequences, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and manage site logistics.
• Review drawings and specifications; supervise formwork and flatwork operations.
• Monitor concrete placement and finishing, documenting progress and issues.
• Lead safety meetings and train team members on best practices; resolve field issues promptly.
