Job summary

Concrete Strategies LLC. is seeking a seasoned Concrete Project Superintendent to plan, supervise, and coordinate concrete construction on our projects. You will ensure quality work, keep the schedule on track, and manage budget adherence while leading field crews and coordinating with general contractors.

You will collaborate weekly with Operations Managers and Project Management to optimize manpower and resources, ensuring clear communication and successful project execution on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in commercial/industrial concrete construction.
• Project scale typically 2M+ in value.
• Tilt-up construction experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise workers and manage budgets and schedules.
• Spanish-speaking ability to communicate with field labor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications with Project Management to ensure successful execution.
• On-site supervision of all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget adherence for manpower and materials expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor; ensure performance as required.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for planning and harmony.
• Maintain quality and budget control in concrete work.
• Track and report project progress daily/weekly.
• Accurately capture/report field manpower time.
• Monitor productivity and address delays with solutions.
