Uprite Construction is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead on-site operations for tilt-up projects in the Fort Worth area. You will manage crews, schedule subcontractors, and work with project managers to keep projects on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

You will oversee tilt-up panel construction, enforce safety, track daily reports, coordinate inspections, and communicate progress while maintaining strong teamwork on site. OSHA 30 is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial projects with a tilt up focus.
• Thorough knowledge of tilt up panel construction methods, scheduling, and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate crews and foster collaboration.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Proficiency with construction technology (Procore, MS Project, or similar).

Responsabilités

• Lead day to day field operations for assigned project(s).
• Schedule, direct, and coordinate subcontractors and field teams.
• Oversee tilt up construction including layout, panel erection, bracing, and sequencing.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and safety standards.
• Conduct daily huddles, toolbox talks, and weekly safety meetings.
• Maintain project schedule and communicate progress and challenges to the project manager.
• Manage inspections and resolve field issues as they arise.
• Promote a culture of safety and teamwork on site.
