AlysEdwards Tile & Stone is seeking an Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager to drive growth for existing client accounts and win new business in the Hartford area. You will promote all new product lines, communicate pricing, product changes, and order statuses, and strive to meet and exceed your sales plan.

The role requires outbound prospecting, strong relationship skills, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Formación

• Experience in tile, stone, builder, or design industries.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Positive attitude, highly motivated and personable.
• Team player who enjoys a challenge.
• Excellent communication at all levels.
• Independent problem solver, resourceful and collaborative.
• Well organized and flexible based on business needs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and MVR.
• Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.

Responsabilidades

• Service existing accounts with the goal of nurturing relationships and increasing sales.
• Source new sales opportunities through researching prospects, identifying key players and making outbound cold calls and emails to generate interest.
• Set up new accounts to increase market share and bolster overall sales volume.
• Set up and maintain client displays and merchandising samples.
• Analyze client product needs, growth patterns, and market trends.
• Promptly and professionally answer and return incoming customer and sales inquiries.
• Resolve any client concerns and complaints by developing viable and fair solutions.
• Keep clients informed about new products and offerings.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge overview of all AlysEdwards' product.
• Understand and be able to speak to AlysEdwards' brand.
• Work cooperatively in team environment to help generate sales and provide customer support.
• Daily/weekly communication about sales calls & reporting.
