Job summary

Bedrosians Tile and Stone is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Representative in California to assist clients with selections, provide design insights, and guide orders from start to finish. You will promote our tile and stone lines, educate customers, and maintain showroom presentation while building relationships with industry professionals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail sales or customer service, strong English communication, and a design sensibility.

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent Design Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with selections and order follow-through.
• Promote the Bedrosians product line and develop product knowledge.
• Enter orders and follow up on back-orders, invoicing, and pickup procedures.
• Maintain showroom and sample department organization and presentation.
• Meet monthly sales quotas and contribute to branch sales plans.
