Job summary

Bedrosians Tile & Stone is seeking a retail sales representative in Mesa, AZ to assist clients with selections and project needs. You will promote tile and stone products, provide design guidance, and ensure orders are processed smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, upselling where possible, and maintaining showroom organization while meeting monthly sales quotas. Prior experience in tile/stone is a plus and bilingual Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• College degree or design-related education preferred.
• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with selections and follow-through on orders.
• Promote Bedrosians product line.
• Learn current and new product lines to upsell effectively.
• Develop relationships with industry professionals to increase business.
• Enter orders and follow up on back-orders and invoicing.
