Job summary

Bedrosians Tile and Stone is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in Scottsdale to assist clients with design and product recommendations, ensuring a smooth purchase journey from selection to checkout.

You will educate clients on products, communicate manufacturer guidance, and cultivate relationships with contractors and designers. A friendly, proactive approach and knowledge of tile/stone are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with selections and follow-through on their orders.
• Promote the Bedrosians product line.
• Develop relationships with industry professionals to increase business.
• Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures.
• Maintain showroom and sample department organization and presentation.
• Meet monthly sales quotas.
• Upsell clients when possible.
