This full-time role offers a draw plus commission with earning potential between $45,000 and $75,000 in the first year, plus benefits. We value design sense, strong work ethic, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Greet customers professionally and develop relationships.
• Ability to sell tile and related products to meet customer needs.
• Understand installation and usage of products to educate customers.
• Track sales goals and communicate updates to customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally
