The Tile Shop is seeking a results-driven sales associate in Brookfield, CT to greet customers, educate on products, and drive sales. You will build lasting relationships through courteous service, follow-up, and product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will excel in commission-based sales, understand design variations, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Evening and weekend availability is expected.
