Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced retail manager to lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and guide a team in merchandising and inventory control.

This role focuses on maintaining strong store presentation, training staff, and achieving sales budgets while upholding company guidelines. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of retail management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and a track record of improving market

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience and proven ability direct operations.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast-paced environment adapting to change with a sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to increase the company’s overall market share.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure

Responsibilities

• Drive customer service and teach the P’s of retail to include People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion and Pro Services.
• Engage customers and provide a quality shopping experience, ensuring store associates deliver quality service.
• Merchandise strategically and maintain store presentation per company guidelines.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention procedures are followed and brand standards are upheld.
• Support the Chief Executive Merchant in delivering outstanding customer service and a helpful store environment.
• Operate as Key Carrier Manager on Duty as required.
• Conduct weekly competitive shops and communicate pricing/inventory issues to the senior team.
• Analyze business reports to optimize merchandising, in-stock levels and pricing.
