• Strategically merchandize and utilize guidelines to outline merchandising practices
• Assist in scheduling, training, supervision and workload definition for store associates
• Monitor associate performance, retention and development, and address disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with payroll, hiring, scheduling and business planning processes
• Open/close store effectively as needed
