Responsibilities

• Drive sales budgets and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Teach and adhere to the P’s of retail (People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion, Pro Services).
• Manage merchandising, store presentation, and in-stock levels.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and development of associates; address performance.
• Analyze business reports and support pricing, inventory, and loss prevention.
