Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced store manager in Overland Park, KS to lead daily operations, drive sales budgets, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will supervise associates, manage staffing, training, pricing, and inventory, while adhering to company policies and loss prevention guidelines. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Proven ability to direct operations in a high-volume location.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and train associates.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budgets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Drive staff training, coaching and development per company guidelines.
• Merchandise and maintain store presentation and pricing integrity.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention and compliance with policies.
• Manage scheduling, select, train, and supervise associates; act as MOD as needed.
• Analyze reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC) to optimize performance.
• Operate POS/inventory processes and coordinate receiving.
