Floor & Decor in California seeks a Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience according to company guidelines. You will merchandise strategically, maintain store presentation, and oversee loss prevention and safety procedures to protect customers and employees.

The role requires strong leadership, staff development, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with headquarters on pricing, inventory, and promotions.

Competenze

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, highly complex location.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter.
• Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast-paced environment adapting to change with a sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to increase the company’s overall market share.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure.

• Customer Service: Drive and ensure quality customer experiences and adherence to service standards.
