Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience
• Proven ability to direct operations in a high-volume store
• Strong recruiting, hiring, and training skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with urgency
• Proven ability to increase store market share
