Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Manager, North America Online – Active Derm Cluster to lead TikTok Shop and digital commerce initiatives. The role centers on shaping how the brand appears on TikTok Shops, coordinating with a dedicated team and brand marketing to drive acquisition, awareness, and online performance.

You will translate brand priorities into a cohesive assortment, sampling and bundles, and guide events, lives, and discounting.

Qualifications

5+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, social commerce or omnichannel retail.
Beauty, skincare or consumer-products experience preferred
Experience with retailer e-commerce, marketplaces and/or social-commerce platforms; familiarity with TikTok Shop, Amazon, creator programs or Live shopping strongly preferred
Strong commercial and analytical acumen with the ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations
Able to communicate, collaborate and influence across brands, functions, agencies, platforms, retailer partners and all levels of management
Extremely detail-oriented, organized and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities
Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

Responsibilities

Define and champion the TikTok Shops strategy for each brand and design an annual calendar.
Oversee assortment and key bundles aligned with brand priorities and events.
Set discounting strategy and approve team recommendations.
Lead creator management and sampling strategy including briefs and engagement goals.
Design and own Lives strategy and calendar, including talent and guidelines.
Measure impact across the broader brand and adjust tactics accordingly.
Own pilots with retailers and scale differentiated opportunities on the platform.
