L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division - USA seeks an AVP, TikTok Shop to lead the channel strategy for TikTok Shop across the US LDB portfolio. You will own the P&L, drive GMV growth, and scale a creator and affiliate ecosystem with dermatologist and healthcare professional partnerships.

Bonus focus on regulatory-compliant claims, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with Medical/Regulatory/Legal, brands, and TikTok platform teams. Hybrid office presence required in New York.

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years of experience in Marketing, eCommerce, or social commerce.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Experience with regulated/claims-sensitive categories.
• Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem and creators/affiliates.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Office presence required: 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead channel strategy and growth for TikTok Shop within LDB brands in the US.
• Own full P&L and GMV targets for TikTok Shop.
• Forecast sales, plan promotions, and manage budgeting.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Supply Chain, and brands.
• Develop creator, HCP, and affiliate partnerships and ROI analysis.
• Partner with agency/TSPs and cross-functional teams to scale the business.
