Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our TikTok Shops and social commerce initiatives in the US. Drive GMV, curate strategic assortments, and partner with marketing, creative, and influencer teams to maximize performance.

The role requires deep knowledge of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and a passion for beauty trends. Hybrid work included with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital merchandising, e-commerce or social commerce.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Excellent project management, organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead tarte’s DTC business on TikTok Shops, delivering GMV and profitability targets.
• Develop trend-savvy, strategic assortments for TikTok Shops and future platforms.
• Drive sales forecasting, inventory planning, and SKU optimization with data-backed insights.
• Collaborate with ecomm, Marketing, Creative, Influencer, PR, Planning and Ops teams.
• Build weekly, monthly and seasonal merchandising plans tied to partnerships and influencer content.
• Track sales, KPIs and campaign effectiveness; share insights with leadership.
• Liaise with TikTok and platform teams to unlock new programs and affiliates.
• Stay ahead of TikTok/social commerce trends and bring fresh ideas.
• Own PDP content process and best practices.
