Job summary

Recom is expanding beyond Amazon into social commerce and creator-driven growth, and we're seeking a TikTok Shop & Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager to own both fronts. Reporting directly to the SVP, Social & Agentic Commerce, this role will set the strategy for launching and scaling TikTok Shop across our brand portfolio—while also owning the Amazon-focused affiliate and influencer programs.

This role is based out of our Deerfield Beach, FL headquarters on a hybrid model; in-office days

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and scaling a brand's TikTok Shop presence
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate/influencer/performance marketing, preferably in Amazon-focused eCommerce
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate/creator programs on platforms such as Levanta, Creator Connections, CJ, Impact, Awin, or similar

Responsibilities

• Own long-term TikTok Shop strategy and scale, acting as builder and change driver
• Set strategic direction for each brand's TikTok Shop presence and pricing, content, and paid boosting
• Track GMV, contribution margin, and build an internal playbook for faster launches
• Lead end-to-end brand launch processes: setup, catalog/hero SKUs, fulfillment configuration
• Manage weekly cadences with partner teams and review performance against terms
• Analyze KPIs across TikTok Shop and affiliate/influencer channels and optimize performance
• Own Amazon Creator Connections end-to-end and manage off-Amazon creator partnerships
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate networks and influencers, negotiating compensation
