Job summary

Recom is expanding beyond Amazon into social commerce and creator-driven growth, and we're looking for a TikTok Shop & Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager to own both fronts.

Reporting directly to the SVP, Social & Agentic Commerce, this person will set the strategy for how Recom launches and scales TikTok Shop across our brand portfolio—working closely with partner teams, who run day-to-day shop operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and scaling a brand’s TikTok Shop presence.
• 3+ years in affiliate, influencer, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs on listed platforms.
• A builder mindset with ability to work autonomously and shape strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term TikTok Shop strategy and brand presence, guiding builders' initiatives.
• Set onboarding, launch, and management playbooks for TikTok Shop across brands.
• Define hero SKU, pricing, content, and paid boost approach with partner teams.
• Track GMV, margin, and halo impact across the portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end launch processes for new brands; manage partner cadence.
• Own affiliate/influencer programs and biweekly performance reporting.
