Kiss Products, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, TikTok Shop to drive growth, profitability, and strategy across our TikTok Shop channel.

You will own GMV, lead creator and affiliate partnerships, and manage promotional campaigns to accelerate revenue across brands. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in e-commerce or social commerce, with hands-on TikTok Shop experience, data-driven decision making, and strong collaboration with marketing and product teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in e-commerce, marketplace management, or social/digital commerce.
• 2+ years managing TikTok Shop or creator-led commerce programs.
• Proven revenue growth through creators, affiliates, promotions, and paid media.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop ecosystem and social commerce best practices.
• Experience with promotional calendars, media investments, and large campaigns.
• Strong analytical, communications, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own TikTok Shop revenue, profitability, GMV, and performance.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Identify assortment opportunities to improve conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing/creative to develop content and campaigns.
• Monitor GMV, contribution margin, ROAS, AOV, and CAC.
• Manage advertising investments including Shop Ads, affiliate incentives, and paid media.
• Build scalable creator and affiliate programs to boost visibility and sales.
• Analyze sales performance and promotional results; report to leadership.
