Job summary

Sunny Distributor Inc. is seeking a Senior TikTok Shop Manager to own the channel strategy, drive revenue growth, and oversee operational execution. You will own the TikTok Shop performance, including content commerce, livestream shopping, promotions, and customer engagement.

The role requires a strong owner mindset, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with creators, affiliates, livestream teams, and agencies to maximize reach and sales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital retail.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or similar marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, including catalog management and promotions.
• Experience using data to drive operational improvements and reporting.
