Job summary

Palm Life seeks an innovative TikTok Shop Manager to own our TikTok Shop ecosystem end-to-end. This in-office role in Orem, UT reports to the Director of Social Commerce and focuses on Seller Center, creator affiliates, and analytics.

You will drive shop health, recruit creators, negotiate commissions, oversee sampling and live sessions, and track GMV, AOV, and conversion rates to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of affiliate marketing experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Proven ability to recruit and manage content creators with measurable results.
• Strong data skills with ability to pull performance reports and analyze sampling data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain TikTok Shop operations and health metrics.
• Grow creator and affiliate programs; recruit and onboard creators.
• Coordinate sampling, fulfillment, and measure conversion ROI.
• Monitor GMV, AOV, and conversion rates; leverage TikTok trends to scale revenue.
