R2 Global is seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to lead a portfolio of brand accounts, turning goals into high-impact campaigns across creator, affiliate, and paid programs. You will be the day-to-day owner, coordinating internal teams and keeping everyone aligned to move product.

Qualifications

Strong client facing experience in social, ecommerce, or marketplace contexts.
Hands-on TikTok Shop experience, agency-side or brand-side.
Comfort presenting performance data and insights to clients.
Ability to manage multiple accounts with shifting priorities.
Genuine interest in the creator economy and platform trends.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of brand clients and run weekly calls.
Translate client objectives into TikTok Shop plans across creator affiliate, sampling, LIVE, and paid.
Coordinate internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and to brief.
Report on performance (GMV, ROAS, conversions) and tell a clear story to clients.
Spot growth opportunities and stay updated on platform changes.
