Rythm Health, Inc. is seeking a Head of TikTok Shop to own and scale our presence on a fast-growing social commerce platform in a remote-first environment.

You will manage product listings, promotions, and storefront performance, while building creator partnerships and executing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Collaboration with marketing and operations will be essential to deliver measurable results.

Formación

• Direct experience building and growing a TikTok Shop for a consumer brand.
• Strong understanding of seller center, affiliate programs and creator partnerships.
• Proven track record driving measurable sales growth via TikTok Shop.
• Experience recruiting and managing creator relationships and affiliates.
• Knowledge of TikTok trends, content strategy and conversion drivers.
• Experience with promotions, advertising campaigns and performance reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day management, optimization and growth of the company's TikTok Shop.
• Manage product listings, merchandising, promotions and storefront performance.
• Develop strategies to drive traffic, conversions and revenue.
• Build and manage affiliate and creator programs and recruit relevant creators.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop conversion-focused content.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities to increase visibility.
• Oversee creator outreach, seeding, commissions, and performance.
• Monitor advertising spend and growth opportunities.
• Track GMV, conversion rates, affiliate performance and content engagement.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on platform changes and regulatory guidelines.
