Job summary

Everything Bagel Partners LLC is seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to oversee a multi-brand affiliate program and creator strategy. You will design commission plans, optimize shop health, and guide a growing team toward stronger client results across consumer brands in supplements, food, and wellness.

You’ll manage creator outreach, live shopping support, and licensing negotiations, while ensuring campaigns align with calendar moments and drive GMV.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of TikTok Shop affiliate programs experience.
• Hands-on with Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
• Track record of growing GMV through creators.
• Experience negotiating creator deals (flat fees, usage rights, licensing).
• Strong data skills to pull and explain performance.
• Familiarity with Cruva or similar platforms, Asana, and Slack.
• Clear written communication for briefs and updates.
• Ability to manage multiple client shops simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Advise on client shop setups and health checks.
• Support shop health above 4.0 to protect sales and affiliate eligibility.
• Set affiliate strategy: commission rates, thresholds, SKU focus, and sample volume.
• Segment creators and tailor offers.
• Plan outreach and timing for broad to niche targeting.
• Negotiate top deals with licensing terms.
• Serve as main contact for priority creators and build community.
• Design tiered campaigns with GMV bonuses and key moments like Black Friday.
• Write briefs, templates, and talking points for brands and creators.
• Support live shopping and paid ads coordination.
• Manage SOPs, rules database, and Loom training.
• Maintain project board in Asana and use Cruva for outreach.
• Analyze affiliate performance and present actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and co-present client reporting and campaigns budgets.
• Produce quarterly trend reports.
