Job summary

Bloom Nutrition is seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to lead the brand’s presence in the U.S. TikTok Shop ecosystem. You’ll coordinate creator involvement, support content and launches, and manage day-to-day execution across teams to keep Bloom top of feed.

You will shape the channel with leadership while driving execution, bringing a strong understanding of TikTok culture and creator trends to a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in influencer/creator marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s creator landscape, culture, and content trends.
• Experience working with agencies or managing external partners.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage many moving pieces, prioritize, and stay detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Channel Execution & Support: Execute Bloom’s U.S. TikTok Shop strategy with leadership input and cross‑functional partners.
• Agency Partnership & Performance Assessment: Be the day-to-day contact for the TikTok Shop agency and review performance updates.
• Creator Community Support: Cultivate a broad creator community across paid, affiliate, and organic.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align with Creative, Social, Operations, and Marketing on timing, messaging, and inventory.
• TikTok & Platform Partner Relationships: Maintain communication with TikTok managers and platform partners.
